The tokens are sent to the same destination address from where it originates.

Fees

A fee is collected from the user for bridging from JANUS Network to C-Chain. This is used to cover operation cost of distributing the tokens on C-Chain itself.

Above certain threshold of gas price on C-chain, the bridge will still accept transfers from JANUS Network -> C-Chain but it will not distribute the tokens on C-chain until network price is stable
